The Australian company attempted to find a place as the country's first low-cost operator serving Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane, Cairns and Perth but struggled financially and had its AOC revoked in December 1991, the Airbus returning to Monarch in February 1992. Eventually ferried to Tupelo, MI in November 2013 and scrapped year after.
