Operated by 771 NAS Culdrose. In use with a number of other helicopters (including 3 other 771 Sqn Wessex HAS1s), airlifting supplies into remote locations on Dartmoor cut off by a very heavy snowstorm. Became A2686 and used for fire practice at Predannack until scrapped in August 1995.
