F/F 28th June 1965, delivered to FAA 6th July 1965. Served with various FAA squadrons and flew in the Falklands conflict 1982. Used by the Royal Marines (847NAS) in cyclone relief operations in East Pakistan Nov.1970. Written off 7th Nov.1983 when it crashed in white-out conditions shortly after take off from Setermoen, Norway during Exercise Clockwork. Wreckage to AIU Lee-on-Solent and on the dump there by Aug.1986. Sold as scrap early-1987 to Park Aviation Supplies, Faygate and gone from there by Oct.1993.
