At Air Fete 1981, RAF Mildenhall, with Jet Provost XW413. XX233 would later be involved in a mid-air collision with Hawk XX253 over Crete on 23 March 2010, during a Red Arrows practice session. XX233 crashed, the pilot having ejected, while XX253 landed successfully at Iraklion Airport.

Wearing a slightly modified scheme for the 2000 season. This jet was destroyed in a mid air collision with XX253 on March 23rd 2010. The team were on Springhawk at Kastelli Air base on Crete. The two aircraft were the Synchro Pair and collided during the Opposition Barrel Roll. XX233 crashed with the pilot ejecting safely and a damaged XX253 diverted to Heraklion along with the rest of the team.

One of the RAF 'Red Arrow's' aerobatic team that performed at Cranfield's celebration of the 50th anniversary of the College of Aeronautics in 1996.

4 Flying Training School - Later with the Red Arrows collided March 23, 2010 with XX253 and crashed during a practice display at Kasteli,Heraklion, Crete. The pilot ejected successfully.
