Written off in 1974 after a crash, the aircraft has been converted to be a Dominie ground trainer for nearby RAF Finningley hence the door at the front whereas Jetstreams have the door at the rear. Info from August 2024 is that the aircraft is now owned by The Solway Aviation Museum located on Carlisle Lake District Airport and is being refurbished for display to the public.

This T1 was delivered to the RAF in September 1973 but w/o over a year later when it crashed on take-off from Little Rissington after a double engine failure.
