Later, on 02-Jan-2006, this aircraft crashed on take-off from the parachuting centre at Willowbank, Queensland, Australia with six parachutists on board. The pilot and four of the parachutists were killed and the aircraft destroyed. The plane was registered VH-UYB at the time.
