Full of Vietnam War veterans, this aircraft is operating on behalf of the Yellow Ribbon Honor Flight, arriving from Washington D.C. as part of an annual salute to veterans.

This A321 was delivered to American Airlines August 10, 2016. On March 25, 2022, it was unveiled as Flagship Valor to mark National Medal of Honor Day in the United States. Displaying the Army, Navy and Air Force Medals of Honor and the words Courage, Sacrifice, Integrity, Commitment, Patriotism, Citizenship - the six values of the Medal of Honor. Pictured arriving at Oshkosh, airliner would fly AirVenture's seventh annual Yellow Ribbon honor Flight the next day and take Vietnam veterans on a day trip to Washington, DC to tour war memorials and monuments.
