Delivered to Iberia as EC-BSD in 1970. To Aviaco in 1980, Arrow Air as N4574P in 1983, Quebecair as C-GQBF in 1984, Nationair in 1986 and Airborne Express as N821AX in 1992. Withdrawn from use at Wilmington, OH in 2002 and scrapped.

This DC-9 was delivered to Iberia during Feb. 1972 and was named 'Ciudad de Mahon'. The plane was leased to Aviaco for nine years from July 1990 and finally retired from service in April 2001. The nose section is now on display at the super Museo del Aire.
