Delivered to TWA as N731TW in 1959. To Israeli Aircraft Industries in 1971 and converted to a freighter then to Air Fret as F-BUZJ in 1976 and Lukim Air Services as 9Q-CBD in 1983. Reregistered as 9Q-CKP then to Omega Air in 1984 and withdrawn from use at Shannon. Scrapped later in 1986.

Seen stored at Shannon Airport. Last operated commercially by Lukim Air Service who flew it in the colours worn when in service with Air Fret.
