Built 1961, ex HB-FAG and 5N-ADG with the Flying Doctor Service of Africa/MAF. To ET-ACK with National Air Service in October 1967 and to Axum Air Service in 1969. With Admas Air Service from 1978 until withdrawn circa 1998. Later scrapped. Admas, who operated a fleet of light and agricultural aircraft, were merged with Ethiopian Airlines in 1994.
