Delivered new to the Brasilian AF in 1975 and sold to Ecuador in June 2006. Seen at Manta shortly after retirement in August 2014 and still present there at time of upload.

This 748 made great pass during the Guayaquil Air Show 2004, unfortunately the weather did not cooperate well at that time of the day.

Though the HS-748s stopped flying for TAME a long time before, they still wore dual registrations. This one was HC-BEY.

Because some of the Air Force planes were part of the Tame fleet, FAE-738 also had a civil registration HC-BAZ. This plane had a slight accident in Lago Agrio on June 23, 1987 with no injuries or casualties. It was said that 2 helicopters lifted it up to move it, as it was being moved, the plane gained some lift, so the helicopter pilots decided to release the plane, and it fell on its top. It was later fixed in a very artsy fashion, and preserved at the Museo Aeronáutico y del Espacio in Quito. It was later moved to Fuerte Patria Army base in Latacunga and used for training of K&R.

Delivered to to the Fuerza Aerea Ecuatoriana in 1975. Damaged beyond repair in 1987 then to the museum and preserved unmarked.
