Built in 1961, after serving with Lufthansa went to Pan Am (N786PA) from 1965 -1972, Avianca from 1972-1977 (HK-749) and finally SAM Colombia with the same Colombian registration until being written off on a hard landing at Bogotá in 1980. Preserved engineless May 1982 at Museo de los Niños in Bogota and used as a Restaurant in full Avianca Colombia colours but was finally broken up in 2018.
