Built for the USAAF and transferred to the Dutch East Indies Air Force as LT-933. In April 1944 lent to the RAAF. Little is then known about the aircraft until an application to register it in Australia was lodged in September 1950. It became VH-FAB. At the end of 1952 it was sold in Vietnam as F-OALK.
