Test reg PT-GMX before delivery to Air Anglia as G-BGYS in 1979. They merged into Air UK in 1980. Sold as N4578U then N865AC in 1984. Withdrawn from use in 1990 and scrapped.

During the 1980's Air UK was the largest regional airlines in the UK and the country's third-largest scheduled carrier. The image shows the revised white-tailed livery, after the CAA were concerned that their blue-tailed livery could potentially pose a safety hazard for other aircraft as it was difficult for other crews to see the blue aircraft against a blue sky.

Ex PT-GMX. Registration cancelled 30 January 1984 on sale to the USA as N4578U, then to N685AC in June 1984. Withdrawn from use in 1991.
