This DC-6 flew for KLM from 1952 until 1962. Then was used to start up the new airline Adia Avioprompet. The sixes were ritired in the mid 1970s by Adria. Since then the YU-AFF has been preserved on a grassfield just outside the teminal of the airport at Brnik. This side shows the old Adria Avioprompet titles, while the lefthand side has the newer Adria Airways titles. A wonderful sight when you arrive in Slovenia, beautiful mountains and a pristine propliner!
