Originally built for Pan Am as N5118V and sold to Loftleidir in May 1960. At some later date the Douglas logo and small registration were replaced by 'TF-LLB' in larger letters and the name Snorri Sturluson was added. It was scrapped after serving in the Biafra Airlift as TF-AAG with Flughjalp in 1969. [The bright highlight below the flight deck suggests this low-light shot was augmented with flash.]

Later in life came back to Prestwick as TF-AAH
