To N109TW (date unknown). Ditched and sank 75Km north of Pago Pago, American Samoa, after running out of fuel on a ferry flight to Pago Pago. The pilot had stated to ATC that he was unable to transfer fuel from the tip tanks to the main tank and would have to ditch. Sadly, he was never found.
