Originally with Pacific Western Airlines, this freighter would be sold to Canair Cargo (later Royal Aviation) in November 1995. 9M-PML with Transmile Air Services from 1999, it was sold to Rhoades Aviation (operating as Transair) in 2014. On July 2, 2021, the aircraft lost an engine after take-off from Honolulu Airport. Unable to maintaine altitude while returning to the airport, it ditched in the ocean. The cew was rescued by Coast Guard helicopter and a Honolulu Fire Department boat.

Delivered new in 1975 to Pacific Western Airlines and here with Royal Cargo Airlines in basic Canadian Airlines International livery. In 1999 it was exported as 9M-PML for Transmile Air Services then became N810TA in 2014. On 2 July 2021 it was ditched in Mamala Bay shortly after take-off from Honolulu (PHNL) after reporting anomalies in both engines.

For a short time, Canadian Airlines operated several of their 737 Combies as dedicated freighters with Air Cargo titles back and forth across Canada. This aircraft was sold to Canair Cargo in 1995.
