Delivered to the RAF as Hunter F.4 XF995 in 1956. Converted to a T.8B for the Royal Navy in 1963 then back to the RAF in 1972. Became ground trainer 9237M at Cranwell in 1994. Sold as G-BZSF in 2001. To Hawker Hunter Aviation as XF995 in 2007 for use on a military contract. Withdrawn from use at Scampton in 2019 and preserved at RAF Scampton Heritage Centre.

Ex G-BZSF, 9237M, XF995. Operated by Hawker Hunter Aviation for ETPS, and de-registered on 11 March 2019 following a compressor blade failure in its Avon 100 engine. It was retired to Waddington according to W&R 28. The red extension to the nose is related to the Sea Ceptor missile trial, representing the forward contours of the missile.

Ex G-BZSF, 9237M, XF995. Operated by Hawker Hunter Aviation for the ETPS, and de-registered on 11 March 2019 following a compressor blade failure in its Avon 100 engine. It was retired to Waddington according to W&R 28.

Later civil registered G-BZSF. In 2007 was acquired by Hawker Hunter Aviation and re-registered as XF995, losing its civilian registration and is now maintained by HHA on behalf of the MoD to operates on various trials and defence simulation work.
