A former Luftwaffe 104 in Taiwan, it was acquired by the ROCAF in 1983 and took part in the type's withdrawal ceremony on 22 May 1998. The August 23 Campaign Memorial Park in Taichung commemorates the Second Taiwan Strait Crisis in 1958.

Assigned to German Air Force

The 48th Tactical Fighter Squadron became the 48th Training Group in November 2004, having converted to the Mirage 2000 since over six years. Its present-day badge is more sophisticated than this version, each rather fitting for the type of fighter operated.

Like other ex Luftwaffe 104s, acquired by the ROCAF in 1983. It took part in the type's withdrawal ceremony on 22 May 1998 and was initially preserved at CCK, then seen here since the Spring of 2001. Unidentified little dog is being a good wingman.
