Never flew again and scrapped 1989.

To Air Inter as F-BGNS on 36 Jun 1954. To Starways as G-ARIR on 03 Feb 1961. Back to Air Inter as F-BLHI on 19 Nov 1963. To Alidair on 04 Jun 1975. Reregistered back to G-ARIR on 26 Nov 1975. Leased to Dan-Air Dec 1975 to Jun 1977 and Apr 1978 to 30 Apr 79. Leased to Guernsey Airlines 02 Nov to Dec 1979. Noted as Inter City Airlines in 1981. To Janus Airways on 30 Dec 1983. To MMM Aero Services as 9Q-CAH on 22Nov 1984 however WFU and stored at OST in Nov 1984. Broken up in Dec 1988. G-BRED Redcoat Air Cargo CL-44 is in the back ground along with the old Luton Airport ATC tower.

Visiting on a football charter for the 1976 European Cup Final in Glasgow.

With added decals 'Viscount 708 powered by Rolls Royce' next to the forward and rear doors, probably as a reassurance to their mainly British clientele. To the best of my knowledge they were not displayed on the starboard side of the aircraft.

Seen at East Midlands Airport, this aircraft was destined to become G-ARIR with Alidair.

This old Viscount, the former G-ARIR, was painted in a quasi-BAF colour scheme for 3MAS and arrived at OST in 11.84 but was never delivered, finally being broken up there in 12.88

Originally Air France's F-BGNS way back in 6.54 and joined the British register in 2.61 with Starways but returned to France with Air Inter as F-BLHI in 11.63. Bought by Alidair 4.75, leased by Dan-Air and to the newly-formed Janus 11.83. Ended up as 9Q-CAH at Ostend in 11.84 although she never got beyond there
