slide scan from my collection. - Friendship c/n 10569 performed its first flight as PH-EXH on 12/DEC/77 in old Air Tanzania colours; the aircraft is shown here in its newer scheme, introduced in 1979. - Air Tanzania retired the Fokker in 1997, put it into storage at Daressalam for a couple of years, and sold it finally to Myanma Airways as a source of spares in 2002. It was b/u at Yangon around 2011.

This colourful F-27, delivered new to Tanzania in 1977, was stored at Rangoon/Yangon still as 5H-MPU after service with the national carrier. Owner shows as International Aviation since 2001 but b/u by 2011
