With the collapse of Handley Page Aircraft Ltd in 1970, Terravia Ltd/Jetstream Aircraft Ltd purchased 21 incomplete airframes and roaded them from Radlett to Sywell. Several aircraft were completed before production moved to Leavesden under the auspices of Scottish Aviation. c/n 248, became F-BTMI but re-purchased at converted for Royal Navy by Scottish Aviation at Prestwick. Became ZA110, served with No. 750 Sqsn at RNAS Culdrose. Struck off October 2010, airframe to Dyce Airport, Dyce, Aberdeenshire, Scotland. With Airport Fire Services.

Originally registered G-AXUO and sold in 1982 for conversion to T.2 for the Royal Navy, then serving 750 Sqn at Culdrose as ZA110 till suffering a brake fire in 6.98. Repaired over two years but later stored. Fuselage used as an instructional airframe by Fire Training Group at Aberdeen by 2012.
