Two of these autonomous electric aircraft were registered in New Zealand as ZK-UZA and UZB in a deal backed by NZ Government money . They were entered on the register as the Zephyr Airworks Mule, Zephyr Airworks being the NZ subsidiary of Kitty Hawk. Kitty Hawk subsequently went into a joint venture with Boeing known as Wisk Aero. The Mule became the Wisk Cora. Wisk recently signed a deal with councils in South-East Queensland to bring autonomous air taxis to their region. Meanwhile in NZ, both aircraft have been cancelled from the register.
