This Do-27 was built in 1959 and TOC with the West German AF as GB901 but later assigned the serial 5703. After being SOC it became D-EMEJ and then D-EQXG before undergoing a thorough restoration between 2013 to 2019. It is now owned by the Quax-Flieger Group and is pictured operating pleasure flights at this event.

After a complete restoration between 2013 and 2019, this DO-27 now wears its original livery of the Luftwaffe from 1959. Together with many other historic planes, this aircraft is owned and frequently flown by Quax e.V., an association who cares a lot in keeping historical aircraft in flying conditions.
