This Spitfire fuselage is made from major bits of Spitfire Mk Vc A58-27 (BR484), which was exported to Australia in 1942 and struck off in 1948 after being at 6AD, Oakey. The Hunter Warbirds museum had it on display to promote their proposed airworthy restoration of Mk Ia X4009.
