Originally an Air America machine delivered in 1966 as N1305X. After 10,000 hours of flying in South Vietnam, the helicopter was flown to the USS Kirk in an escape during the fall of Saigon. The US Navy flew it over to the USS Oklahoma and returned it to the USA. Later OY-HCA with Grenlandair before coming to Canada. Exported to Peru as OB-1866-P in August 2007 where it crashed in the jungle the following December.
