A row of five reasonably intact ex Canadian Air Force C-119's with N8091 (ex 22122) in front and N966S (ex 22107) directly behind. We visited the airfield after a early snowstorm that year!

Finally painted in its correct markings.

Delivered to the RCAF as 22122 in 1953. Stored at Sakatoon from 1965. Sold as N8091 in 1970 and stored at Lincoln, NE. To Hawkins and Powers Aviation in 1976 and stored at Greybull, WY then to the March Field Air Museum in 1988.

When I photographed this aircraft in 2012 I did not know that I had photographed it in 1965 and even had a flight in it. Now its back in its beautiful RCAF scheme

ex RCAF 22122.

This C-119G is former RCAF 22122, which became N8091 in 1970. Acquired by Hawkins & Powers in January 1976 but not used and stored at Greybull, WY. Restored to flying condition in 1988 and flown to March AFB on 21 Sep 1988 on delivery to the museum. It's sad to see that more than 20 years later the aircraft is still unpainted. USAF insignia and fake serial "0-22122" were applied in the 1990s, but by 2007 they had been removed again.

Ex RCAF, and still has its former Canadian serial on the tails. Later displayed in USAF markings, but never served with that air arm.
