The multi-role Mirage 2000 was the successor to the Mirage III and F1 and was in service with the AdlA from 1984. This is the prototype and more than 600 frames were built, half of which went for export.

This is the exhibition of of the principle combat aircraft of l'Armee de l'Air at the Musee de l'Air at Le Bourget.

Seen at the wonderful Musee de l'Air et de l'Espace, this prototype Mirage 2000 is part of the Armee de l'Air hall of the museum. The livery is a special composite of the manufacturer and Air Force.
