Delivered to Delta Air Lines as DC-8-11 N803E in 1959. Converted to a DC-8-12 then to a DC-8-51 in 1963. Sold in 1980. Stored at Marana in 1983. To Aeromar Airlines as HI-452 in 1985 who merged into Aerochago Air;ines in 1986. Converted to a DC-8-51(F) freighter. To Agro Air International as HI-595CA in 1991. Leased to Aerolineas Latinas as YV-810C in 1993 then to Midas Air as YV-505C in 1994. Returned in 1995 and stored at Miami. Reregistered as N505FB in 1998. To Arrow Air in 2000 who were renamed to Fine Air in 2001. Withdrawn from use at Roswell, NM in 2001. Scrapped around 2009/10.

It had been leased by Agro Air to Midas Aug 94 through to May 95 as YV-505C. Returned to Agro Air as YV-505C. Re-reg N505FB Nov 98. Stored MIA for a while. Later to Arrow Air and Fine Air. Stored Roswell May 2001.

Del new to Delta Oct 59. To Aeromar Airlines Mar 85 as HI-452. To Agro Air Mar 91. To Interamericana Cargo Mar 93. Back to Agro Air International Aug 93, now as HI-595CA. Went out on several leases including Aerolineas Latinas (YV-810C), Midas Air (YV-505C). Registered to Agro Air Nov 98 now as N505FB. Leased out to Arrow Air circa 2000 and Fine Air circa 2001 (as N505FB). Retired May 2001.

One very old DC-8, delivered to Delta as N803E in 10.59 and later HI-452 (not taken up), HI-595CA and YV-810C, most of the time with Agro Air. Leased by Midas 8.94-5.95 and re-registered N505FB in 10.98; Agro merged into Fine Air 1.01. Stored at Roswell, NM from 2002 and was by quite a margin the oldest DC-8 in flying condition - quite something to think it's been around for 50 years
