For a short time in 2003-2004, Dutch Caribbean Airlines operated this Twin Otter, mainly for flights between Curacao and Bonaire. It was sold to Ecuador as HC-CES in August 2004.

Ex N918VJ with USAir (US Airways) from 1981 to 2001 when it was stored at Mojave. It was only used by DCA for about one year (25 june 2003 to 29 September 2004). From 2005 operated with Aserca as YV-115T and YV-1922.

Delivered as N924VJ to USAir in December 1981 before being transferred to US Airways in February 1997. Stored at KMHV between March 2001 and May 2002. To PJ-SNK in July 2002, withdrawn from use in September 2004. Becamse YV1663 with Aserca in February 2006. At the time of uploading it was listed as stored.

Delivered as N927VJ to USAir in January 1982, before being registered to US Airways. Stored at KMHV between March 2000 and May 30, 2002. Became PJ-SNL with Dutch Caribbean Airlines in August 2002, withdrawn from use in September 2004. Picked up by Aserca in July 2006 and became YV111T. In October 2006, the aircraft was reregistered as YV1921. At the time of uploading it was listed as stored.
