Built in 1967 and imported into Canada in 1977 ex N32JC for Simpson Air (See Photo ID: 198665). Still current with a different operator in 2020. The protective panels rivetted on the right side are made of a white nylon like a cutting board (it might even be puck board that used to line the boards of a hockey rink) and it was put on to stop the rocks that the prop sucks up from damaging the aluminum skin. It would work for ice as-well but that plane never had de-icing edges so it was never used in known icing conditions.
