This ex RAF Dakota served Scottish Airlines from January 1947 until sale as SX-BBD in February 1948. In summer 1947 it was leased to COBETA of Brussels, but retaining Scottish Aviation full colours. It is on the schedule to Melsbroek from Ringway. The 1938 control tower still shows marks of neglect during WW2. '02' indicates the runway in use to pilots of non-radio aircraft.

Cobeta operated this C-47A from October 1948 until sale in March 1950. It is operating the scheduled service from its Brussels (Melsbroek) base.
