Parked out of service. Sold to Australia as VH-KIW in December 2010 and rumoured, but not confirmed, to have subsequently passed to to PNG as P2-HBO. (The registration VH-KIW is now carried by Lake LA-270 Turbo Renegade 114).

The tail logo is for Mount Cook Airline, but the helicopter is still showing the livery of its previous operator Urbanet from Kuki City, Saitama Prefecture, Japan. It was registered to them on 25 April 1990 as JA9994, then to ITC Aerospace on 14 July 1992 and cancelled on export to New Zealand as ZK-HBK on 24 July 1992. New SA Police Airwing helicopter for the first time operating under the callsign Polair53. Since it's arrival a few weeks earlier missions had been flown under the callsign 8Delta3 and all missions at least until Friday July 12, 2024 had been training exercises.

Painted in camo c/s and displayed with the 'RAMS 3000' surname. It featured a Lucas turret housing a 12.7 mm Browning heavy machine gun with 450 rounds of ammunition. Pylons on either side for a total of eight anti-tank missiles, typically HOT 2, though the pylons could also carry TOW missiles. Air-to-air missiles, rocket pods, and forward-firing cannons could also be carried on these pylons. Weapons associated to a SFIM APX-M397 stabilised thermal sight as well as an additional mast-mounted sight and digital weapons controls avionics. Other systems included an infrared jammer and chaff/flare/ECM system, a Racal Prophet radar warning system and a Racal RAMS 3000 Series avionics management system. 'Helitack' (note subtle difference) on the tail is the term used for helicopter transportation of fire fighting crews who "attack" wild fires.
