Amazing colours on this blimp, promoting the Ameriquest Mortgage Company. The design is called 'Soaring Dreams' and was painted by more than 5000 children in after school programs across the USA. At the time of the photo this blimp was registered to Wilmington Trust Company Owner Trustee.

Used for trials with the French Navy, with large MARINE titles. Small Airship Industries titles on the gondola.

Operated by Skycruise Switzerland, a Swiss company based in Lindau near Zurich which operated two blimps between 1996 and 2009. In the summer of 2004, both blimps were in service over Athens at the Olympic Games. There they were used for police surveillance but also for the transmission of television pictures.

Preparing to land, this aircraft was sometimes called the 'Bond Airship' because of then Swan Breweries' flamboyant owner Alan Bond. The aircraft was later registered VH-HAA.

We flew in this airship on my wifes birthday on a circular route around rural Bedfordshire. Alas, no longer possible! Shown here at her mobile mooring mast.
