Pulling up from a spirited low demonstration run over its home base, before turning to make a gentle landing on Carey Lake and taxi sedately back to the dock. Delivered new to Hale Aviation of Baltimore, Maryland in 2000 as N343EH. Exported to Canada in 2004 as C-FKAL Re-registered as C-FKAE before joining Hearst Air Service in 2011.

Originally flew with Province of Ontario Government Departments from 1966 onwards. For a time in the early 2000s, it was on display in the Bush Plane Heritage Museum at Sault Ste. Marie.

After its early morning efforts elsewhere, seen here resting in the afternoon, home at Hearst Air Service's Carey Lake base. First flew in 1956 as 55-3306 with the US Army, including periods of military service in West Germany. Crashed following engine failure in 1985 when operating for Red Lake Airways. Only rebuilt some eighteen years later, by Recon Air at Geraldton, when Hearst Air supplied a PT-6 engine and a Vazar conversion was completed. It joined Hearst Air's fleet in August 2004.

At rest in the evening light at its base on Carey Lake, Hearst, Ontario. Started life in 1964 in Australia as VH-IDW. Now a long-standing member of the Hearst Air Service fleet, which it joined in the early 1970s. Note that the aircraft still retains the original Beaver porthole window.

The floats had the ability to hold water for dropping on wild fires. Built in 1962 and later converted to Vazar turboprop. Current in 2021 and Alaska based.
