'Anthony Fokker (in the cockpit) demonstates the F.I triplane behind the front... The second person to the right of the aircraft is Manfred von Richthofen.' F.I was the initial designation for the Dr.I, only given to airframes F.102/17 and F.103/17, which had curved tailplanes. Wikipedia says that F.102/17 arrived at Markebeke on 28 August 1917 and that Richthofen first flew it on 1 September. He shot down two enemy aircraft in two days.
