Preserved at the Union Township Veterans Memorial Park on the far east side of Cincinnati. ID uncertain, as a helicopter marked with the same serial number is displayed at the US Army Aviation museum, as seen elsewhere on this site. Previously quoted as a GUH-1D, more recent updates say this aircraft was converted to a UH-1H, then later as a GUH-1H, and served in Vietnam with the 229th Assault Helicopter Battalion. Tail previously noted marked only as VVA 649, repainted sometime between 2009 and this photo as seen here.

By a wide margin one of the most unusual post-flying aircraft I have ever photographed. This is "Triceracopter: The Hope for the Obsolescence of War " by Patricia A. Renick, on display at the Walter C. Langsam Library at the University of Cincinnati. The identity of the donor helicopter is believed to be as above based on what is painted on the aircraft, but note that it wears "68172" on the opposite side.

Stored in a scrapyard in Cincinnati is this incredible rarity, one of the few surviving examples of the Convair 880. Broken up at CVG in May of 1986 (though the registration N48058 was not cancelled by the FAA until November of 2012!). Still recognizably in the colors of Cathay Pacific, where she flew as VR-HFT, even after all these years in the weather.
