The OT-47B is a military variant of the Cessna 560, it is called SR-560 with the Colombian Air Force. The aircraft is equipped with the F-16's APG-66(V) radar in the nose, as well as the WF-360TL imaging system. Five of these aircraft were handed over to Colombia as part of the Air Bridge Denial (ABD) programme, which saw a sharp decline in drug smuggling by air. ColBra III was an exercise held in 2009 with the aim to control the aerial border between Colombia and Brazil. Ex N5373D delivered in August 2002. The aircraft wears badges of both 214 and 314 escuadron on the other side.

Avianca, LATAM and Viva each have one daily flight between Bogota and Leticia. These and the ships on the Rio Amazonas are the only way to reach the jungle town of Leticia in the extreme south eastern corner of Colombia.
