This Mi-8 was first registered to Avialini. Ukrayiny as UR-25526 in March 1992. The frame may also have flown for Universal-avia but at some point the registration was cancelled and exported to Slovakia to join Tech-Mont as OM-AXZ. Around mid-2001 it was placed on to the Czech register as OK-AXZ with Air Helicopter Service with the surviving hulk now stored at LZSV.

This Mi-8 was built in Auguat 1984 and originally delivered to the Krasnoyarsk directorate of Aeroflot as CCCP-22898. It became RA-22898 after joinig Sintez Corporation but this registration was cancelled when the helicopter was exported to Slovakia around October 1998. It then flew with Air Transport Europe as OM-EVA and Tech-Mont but is now stored at LZSV. OK-AXZ is the Mi-8 in the background.
