There is less space in the huge hangar deck. A part is reserved for parking aircraft during bad weather conditions and another part is dedicated for maintenance. Especially that part is packed as can be seen on this 24mm picture of a EA-6B in maintenance. The Prowler is stored at the 309th AMARG at Davis Monthan since July 2014.

This "Cadillac of the Skies" was awaiting some maintenance in between missions. The aircraft served Electronic Attack Squadron 137 (VAQ-137), also known as the "Rooks", during its CVW-1 deployment on board the Enterprise. After this cruise, the aircraft was transferred to VAQ-139 (NK-503) and then VAQ-142 (NH-505). It then started to serve the US Marine Corps with Marine Tactical Electronic Warfare Squadron (VMAQ) 4 (RM-007) and eventually VMAQ-2 (CY-05) until the Prowler was retired within that squadron in March 2018. Its current whereabouts are unknown (as of Feb21).

The Rooks CAG bird was for three consecutive days on board the Enterprise hidden from the camera. Pitty with these fine colours. But the last day, it appeared on deck, but did not fly.
