Back in the air today after sitting many years dormant. The DC-9 flew over to KSBD for a short bit, and is seen here on it's return to Perris Airport over the approach end of runway 33

Former SE-DBO and OY-KIC was with SAS Scandinavian Airlines System 1969 - 95, save for a one year least to Nordic East Airlink in 1991. It was the last of the ten DC-9-21s (short body of the DC-9-10 and with longer slatted wings of the DC-9-32) built. Leased by Spirit Airlines, Valujet and Allegiant Air registered N127NK until stored at Victorville, CA in January 2003. Saved from the scrapper in 2003, the aircraft was made flyable again and certified for skydiving. It was put into service by Skydive Perris in 2006, but retired in 2013. It's pictured slowly being restored to flight.

May have been converted to PC-6/B2-H2 by this date.

Was registered to Perris Valley Airport on 18 Sep 2018, current status unclear. The orange Merlin on the right is N269PM, a Swearingen SA-26T Merlin IIA.

First flying with Suburban Airlines in 1968, this Twin Otter has been with Skydive Perris since 1990.

Built in 07.68 as N67150 and operated by several commuter airlines. Acquired by Perris in 05.92 and fitted with large rear door for skydiving operations.

Delivered new to SAS as SE-DBO 05.69. Acquired by Perris Skydiving 12.03 and used thus until stored in 2013 awaiting parts. Seen here when operational.

Ex SE-DBO of SAS. The sole DC9 in the world used for skydiving has been grounded for years now due to lack of spares. A substantial amount of money is needed to get it in the air again, which we were told they are still trying to achieve.
