Pictured in NorOntair's first color scheme featuring the Loon common in Northern Ontario. Delivered October 11, 1973, the Twin otter was sold to Labrador Airways / Air Labrador in 1984. Withdrawn from use and parked at Gander, NL in 2016, it was sold to Divi Divi Air based in Curaçao as PJ-DVE in 2017 where it is current at the time of uploading.

Delivered new to Norontair in 1974 and exported as P2-MCB in 1997. On 11 August 2009 it was destroyed when it flew into terrain in marginal VFR weather at about 6000ft.

Delivered new to Norontair in 1975 and operated until sale to Germany in 1995. Current as PK-YRF in 2022.

The first DHC-8 commercially operated anywhere in the world and it was with Norontair from new until the airline closed in 1996. Subsequently sold as P2-MCG and still active in 2022 in PNG as a freighter.

A Twin Otter delivered new to NorOntair April 1, 1977. On March 19, 1992 the pilot decided to practice a STOL take-off on an empty leg from Red Lake to Kenora. The aircraft stalled from about 150 feet and crashed heavily on the runway. The wreckage was acquired by Ashe Aircraft Enterprises and was rebuilt by 1997. The aircraft was last with Element Otter LLC [Bridger Aerospace) as N32CV from November 2020 at the time of uploading.

Air Dale operated two Dash 8s and several Twin Otters for NorOntair, a subsidiary of the Ontario Northland Transportation Commission of the Ontario Provincial government. The first airline to operate the Dash 8, Air Dale took delivery of this second aircraft on November 25, 1985. NorOntair shutdown on March 29, 1996 after the government withdrew subsidies needed to maintain operations in Northern Ontario. The aircraft went to Milne Bay Air as P2-MCH in December 1996. Re-named Airlines of Papua New Guinea in 2001 and PNG Air in 2015, this Dash 8 is still current at the time of uploading.

Registered to Air Dale who were in the Norontair co-op. Delivered new to Norontair/Air-Dale in 1981. Exported to Papua-New Guinea in 1997 where it struck terrain while cruising in cloud at 7700 ft on 2 October 2015.
