The airline leased two MD83s, with two more added later, being the first in the UK with the type, also operating from Belfast, Birmingham, Cardiff, Exeter, and Gatwick. Paramount became insolvent in mid-1989 and was wound up. G-PATA changed hands many times and was stored at Tucson as N305FA of Falcon Air Express in a black livery in 2013
