Built in 1970 and imported in 1981 for Manitoba based Northway Aviation. Initially operated by Bolton Lake in the Northway livery, but by this date it had been repainted. On 15 March 2002 at Elk Island/MB (CKZ3), gasoline was being pumped into a fuselage mounted tank when a fireball errupted and consumed the aircraft.

At Selkirk Airport, resting from its normal work of servicing outpost camps or taking fishing parties to and from the Gods River area. It would have been towed here across the highway from a landing on the adjacent Red River. Probably visiting for maintenance work. Built in 1945, its previous operators included Rainy Lake Airways, Gods Lake Narrows Lodge, Red Lake Airways and Tudhope Airways.

Imported new in 1972 and removed from the register in 2007 for unknown reasons.
