Rolled out September 1968, this Twin Otter went to the USA as N9965A. It returned to Canada sold to Lambair in August 1971. The airplane served northern Manitoba communities until September 1980 when it was damaged while landing at Seal River, MB. Eventually ferried out for repair, it became C-GMKA. Exported to the USA in February 1984 as N996SA for Mountain Air Cargo, it unfortunately crashed into trees on approach to Charlotte, NC January 19, 1988.

World War II veteran delivered July 1945 just before the end of the war as 44-78552. Into the civil market post war carrying the registrations N3925C and N239JL before coming to Lambair in April 1978. The Commado crashed trying to return to Churchill Airport after developing an engine problem November 13, 1979. There were no fatalities, but the remains of the aircraft are still in the rough terrain just beside the airport
