Delivered to Air Methods December 2015, this Bell 407GXP was outfitted as Pafford Air One Bravo for Pafford EMS. Based in Arkansas, the helicopter tragically crashed near DeWitt, AR on November 19, 2017 enroute to pick up a patient at night. With Snow Goose remains found in the cockpit and no other abnormalities, it was determined multiple bird strikes caused the fatal crash. In respect for the crew, the company retired the Air One Bravo name. The Arkansas base is now known as Air One Echo.

Airbus Helicopters demonstrator N154AH was built in 2013. Placed with Air Methods in 2017, the helicopter has been flying for St. Louis Children's Hospital since 2018 with call sign "Kids Flight 1".
