Looking even uglier than the ANEC III, the Lascowl was an ANEC III stretched and re-engined. The lighter Jaguar radial meant it had to be further forward, giving is very long nose. VH-UGF crashed at Temora, NSW, on July 14, 1931. Coode Island aerodrome has vanished under docks. This photo was added on 24 March 2019, and has since been viewed 557 times. |
