Aircraft still has the ICRC titles that were changed to a meaningless "IORO" in early 2005. This was done to aid the aircraft (then 5Y-RDS) to escape from Kenya. It was acquired by Missionary Flights International in 2015 following 10 years of storage at Lanseria, South Africa, and ferried to MFI headquarters in May 2017. Currently undergoing a complete restoration to bring it in line with MFI's other two DC-3-65TP aircraft. This photo is copyright © Ralph M.
