The fourth F-27 built, delivered to Aer Lingus on 19.11.58 as EI-AKB, also served Philippine A/l, Alia, Spantax, Aviaco and WDL before becoming the first large aircraft with Manx in 9.82. Went on to Loganair in 9.83 and back to WDL in 1986. Wfu and used for fire practice at Västerås 4.96. I reckon it looked gorgeous in the Manx colours, like it must have done way back in the old Aer Lingus scheme This photo is copyright © Richard Vandervord, and may not be used or published in any way without permission.
